COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled public training will be refunded in full minus a processing fee*
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled public training will receive a refund of 80% of the course tuition.
• Cancellations made between 6 and 15 days prior to the scheduled public training will receive a a refund of 50% of the course tuition.
• Cancellations made less than 6 days prior to the training result in forfeiture of the course tuition.

*Processing fee

For some cancellations, a processing fee is charged to cover any fees charged to return the funds. That fee depends on how the funds will be transferred.

FAIRNESS

Regardless of the timing of the cancellation, if the course is delivered with the maximum number of students (see course details), the cancellation policy for 30 days or more applies (if the course "fills up" , you will get your tuition refunded minus a small cancellation fee).
